No Kidding Convention: The 7th Annual is in New York in Sept. 2008. Date TBA, All “childfrees” are welcome!
World Childfree Day: Annually the first Sunday in June, honoring the childfree.
Childfree Women’s Weekend: Annually the second Sat. & Sun. in May.
Annually the third Saturday & Sunday in July.

CHILDFREE TERMS
BNP- “Breeder, Not Parent”
Not a good parent.
Baby Rabies- Obsession with conceiving a child.
Breeder- A bad parent. One who is careless at raising their children.
Breeder Brain- A cerebral atrophy caused by having children. (Some studies do show the brain shrinks during pregnancy!)
Breeder Entitlement- The breeders’ belief that because they have kids they are somehow entitled to special treatment, more time off work, government tax breaks and baby bonuses.
Childfree (CF) - One who is childless by choice.
Childless- One who has no children, but wants them.
Diaperwhipped- Parents who are controlled by their child(ren)’s every whim.
DINKS-
“Double income no kids.”
Fence-sitter- One who has not decided whether or not to have children.
Kid-centric- Unnaturally centered around the whims and desires of kids.
Kidfree- A term coined for Kidfree & Lovin’ It to mean “free of kids” whether by choice or by circumstance.
MOO- “Mother operating offensively,” AKA a rude or bad mother.
PNB- “Parent, Not Breeder,”
A good as opposed to bad parent. One who is raising their kids well, and who behaves in a non-obnoxious manner re. their children.
Sprog- A slang term, from the British word for “child.”
THINKER- (My favorite!) “Two healthy incomes, no kids, early retirement.”
